Heading up the Bespoke Connections’ recruitment division, Heidi brings over 26 years of experience recruiting the right people across many different industries. She entered the disability sector in 2017 where she worked directly with families helping them to recruit and manage their privately engaged support teams.
Heidi joined Bespoke Lifestyles in 2018 as a Support Coordinator where she worked with over 20 families and individuals assisting them to understand and implement their NDIS plans.
The consistent desire of families and individuals wanting to move away from the traditional model of service-based supports became the catalyst for Bespoke Lifestyles’ long-term vision to set up a recruitment service. The Connections Hub and recruitment consulting division was established to connect amazing carers to individuals with disability. Heidi’s background helped to bring this vision to reality where she now spends most of her days working directly with participants to develop their own recruitment campaigns, teaching them the art of finding the best match for their roles.
When she’s not busy writing recruitment ads or screening resumes, she takes every opportunity to get back into nature and pursue her long-time passion of learning everything she can about health and wellbeing. Weekends are spent at the beach, long walks in the bush, yoga, cooking healthy plant-based meals and time with her partner, son and her beloved chocolate Labrador, Wallace.
