Employee
My co workers comment I’m caring and patient.
I consider my current employer more than a job, (we all do, we’re a great team).
When you really get to know someone it’s very easy to know if they are having a good day, a bad day, a moody day, if they are fed up of a routine, sick, tired or about to have a seizure.
You learn their mannerisms, moods, their body language .
I’m not one to consider my job “just a job”. What I put into my job is compassion, care, consideration, enjoyment and equality.
I have my certificate 3 in disability and lifestyle.
I have other Cert III & IV in management, training and assessment, business management..
My passion is my commitment to the job and my employer and enjoying what I do in my job..
I was given my current job with no experience, please note I’m not leaving my current job, I enjoy and care for my current employer, I have capacity to assist another person to help make a difference.
