I’ve been working in disability support for a little while now and worked with clients aged 3 to 96 years old.
I take pride in the knowledge that I have a reputation for being a positive influence on people around me.
I have an honest, empathetic and creative nature.
I am an enthusiastic worker and I have genuine interest in helping people find their independence and strongly believe in the person-centred approach.
I am a strong communicator who can work independently or as a part of a team.
I hold a current Queensland driver’s licence and own my car.
My interests include cooking, gardening, music, Jujitsu, movies, art and crafts and travelling.
I have a good understanding of the NDIS scheme and hold a current First Aid and CPR certification HLTAD003 and
Certificate IV in Aging support.
I am available mainly on week days Monday to Friday,
Every second weekend I could possibly work as I don’t have children at home.
School holiday hours will change as I have shared custody with my ex
and we run one week on one week off. But this can be flexible with
possible child care options.
I have an existing client base so hours will need to fit around everyone.
