Bespoke Lifestyles are pleased to be conducting a one day information seminar on “self-management” – the option that leads to a great lifestyle. Attend day two if you want to learn the ‘how’.
Presented by individuals and family members who want to share their knowledge and experience around the benefits of self-management.
