When your NDIS plan has been approved, we can assist you to put your plan into action. This is called plan implementation, which involves a series of activities to connect with and maintain the supports within your plan’s Statement of Supports.

Support Coordination will help you understand your NDIS plan and explore the choices available to you.

Your level of Support Coordination will depend on your approved schedule of supports.

  • If you are self-managing any element of your plan, we can assist you to monitor your funding, submit payment requests and provide feedback.

  • We can help you to explore your options and mentor you to participate more fully in the community and explore the type of person you may need to assist you in achieving your goals.
  • We can talk with you and your family about any other options that can be considered as the year progresses and can help you develop your goals for the next plan.
